We are upscale casual. There is no official dress code – come what you are comfortable in!
We have a private parking lot. In case overflow parking is needed, you’re welcome to pull into the “Drive Thru” (entrance at the bottom of main driveway), and pull onto the grass slightly off the pavement.
We’re located on Rt. 191 (Brevard Road), about 2 miles south of the NC Arboretum and Bent Creek Park. When coming from the north (towards AVL), we’re on the left: the driveway just past AirVent Exteriors / Holly Acres Drive. When coming from the south (Mills River or Long Shoals Road) we’re on the right: one tenth of a mile past The Cliffs entrance.
Cancellations with 24 hours+ notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of an event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 6 hours of an event, or no-shows, will not receive a refund. Please understand that due to the costs associated with our events (food purchasing, staffing, etc), this cancellation policy is strict.
For any cancellation no matter the time frame, there will be a 3.5% fee deducted from your refund. This is a processing fee from Square that is not refunded to us, so it is simply to cover cost.
Since we are event-based, we do not hold regular business hours each week. Though we will return all voicemails, the most efficient way to get in touch is via e-mail! It’s Jill@IvoryRoadAVL.com
