Plates with Purpose Chef Collaboration Fundraising Dinner

Plates with Purpose is a chef-collaboration dinner event with 100% of proceeds benefiting 12 Baskets & Free Fridges of AVL.
Four chefs are teaming up to prepare 5 courses, with beverage pairings with the shared goal of giving back to the amazing communities where we are lucky to do business.
In addition to a fundraising dinner, this is also a Toy & Coat Drive — so please bring new/unopened toys and/or clean, used or new winter coats. These will be donated to HARK (Helping At Risk Kids, Buncombe County: https://www.hark-bc.org)
$125 ticket includes 5 courses, 5 pairings (both alcohol & non-alcoholic options available) & tax.
Chefs Jamie Wade (of Sand Hill Kitchen), Amber Cate (Private Chef), Dawn Alexander (Crust Never Sleeps Bakery) & Jill Heaton (Ivory Road) will be preparing the menu:
1- Passed Hors d’oeuvres by Chef Amber Cate
2- Beet & Citrus Panzanella Salad by Chef Amber Cate
3- Caramelized Leek & White Bean Bisque by Chef Jill Heaton
4- Pan-seared Rockfish with Jimmy Red Grits, Winter Veggie Ragout, Pork Belly Lardon, Sage & Cider Vinaigrette by Chef Jamie Wade
5- Honey Cake with Pear Meringue, Honeycomb Toffee, Rosemary Cranberries by Chef Dawn Alexander
