Having spent time in Italy refining their skills, Gregorio’s true culinary roots come from learning pasta-making at the side of his Nonna and aunts. This hands-on experience will not only teach you how to make authentic pasta, but also immerse you in the warmth, tradition, and flavors of Italian home cooking. Come hungry—and ready to roll some dough!
We will learn (hands on!): gnocchi, fettuccine, & two sauces! We will also enjoy charcuterie appetizers and tiramisu for dessert.
