We welcome you to Afternoon Tea in our 1930s stone cottage, served every Saturday at 2pm. We are happy to arrange a week-day tea time, by reservation.
Our Afternoon Tea brings a laid-back, relaxed approach to the traditional English-style service. For example: while we serve real clotted cream, you’ll find Appalachian-inspired twists on our menu and Southern hospitality in place of white-gloved service. We make absolutely everything from scratch, and with a lot of love! Reservations are required.
Tea service includes individual bottomless pots of tea or French Press coffee, warm scones and shortbread cookies with seasonal jams and clotted cream, traditional finger sandwiches, and petit-four style desserts. $20 per person. (+$2 for Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, or Vegan Service) We offer tea for children under 10 years of age for $10.
* Please note: while we are happy to offer Gluten-Free items, our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment. We urge all guests with serious food allergies or dietary restrictions to get in touch personally with a manager before dining with us. *

Because space is limited, we do require reservations and a credit card on file to confirm all bookings. The credit card will not be charged except in the event of a cancellation or no-show, as per our cancellation policy. We are also happy to schedule tea service any weekday at 2pm. Click Here to make a reservation.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the reservation incurs no fee. Within 48 hours of the reservation, a $10/person fee is charged to the credit card on file. A no-show results in full tea service price per person charged to the credit card on file.
Please call or e-mail (828) 676-3870 / firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
We recommend making reservations at least 3-4 weeks in advance.
